Hey all! Less than 30 days now until we hit Mickey's doorstep! I was just wondering if anyone here knew of any good shuttle bus services from LAX to South Harbor blvd? We would prefer either a full size city bus or the shorter shuttle bus style ... No vans or taxis, please. Any suggestions would be great!

Some hotels have airport shuttles. Maybe see if the place you are staying at does - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint  3980.4 #24 1:40PM
Well you said no vans... but a shuttle service, that operates out of vans, is Super Shuttle. They're only like $25+$10 for each additional person, and they meet you right outside of baggage claim. Super easy and reliable!  - KylaShea  629.1 #266 3:10PM

So as I said once before, I'm heading to the happiest place on earth at the end of April. Now here's my dilemma. I suffer from demophobia. It's basically agoraphobia, only it's the fear of large crowds. I know the crowds in April likely won't be that large, but I'm still wondering about it. To those out there who have similar conditions, how do you deal on a non-medical basis?
April is very busy due to Spring Breaks (universities, high school, etc) and there are alot of different events at the Convention Center which draw large crowds into DL. As PoohBesr said, the week after Labor Day through the rest of September is wonderful. Crowds are at a minimum and weather is nice. Wait times aren't normally more than 20-25 minutes even for the popular attractions. I would call Disney Guest Services. A CM will probably be able to tell you good places to rest, relax & hide out if you have an attack. Guest Information (714) 781-4636. - bugsmom1208  216.3 #1645 5:51AM
Great advice! 👍 - FanOfJack  84.3 #3596 5:44AM
Thanks for the tips! I've been in may and October and both were excellent. My parents have been at the end of April (which is when we're going) and said it should be fine. I don't actually take any meds currently, I don't live in a big enough city, and I avoid the malls at all costs. Ambien has been recommended to me, but I don't want to spend my week using narcotics. I know of some good breathing exercises and my wife is great at calming me down! Either way, a week off work in the sun of beautiful Anaheim is well worth it! - JonnyV  3.2 #31768 12:24PM
I actually know exactly what that is like. I have suffered from extreme anxiety for most of my life, which is now thankfully managed with meds. I would suggest you come up with a safety plan before you get to the park. Since you said breathing techniques work for you, maybe you plan a way for you and your wife to take a min to go over those when you start to feel overwhelmed. I will bring up something that tend to be a controversial topic because people have different opions on it, but if you find that you it is too much for you, Disney does offer a Guest assiitance Card for people who need accomidations in the park. I hope you have an amazing time!.

April can't come soon enough. I am heading to the wonderful land of Disney at the end of April. My wife and I, our three daughters and my parents will be enjoying six days that the resort has to offer. I'm buzzing. It's been ten long years since I've been. Longer for my wife, and obviously none of our girls have been. Our 4 year old is really the only one that this whole thing registers wi  More...
