A 4-year-old fell in the Tiki Room fountain this evening and was soaked through. We gave him dry clothes, including underwear and socks, all on the Mouse. This is one of the ways Disneyland is special.

I love my guests. That said, there is a behavior that perplexes me. A guest brings up an item with no price tag. It turns out the whole supply of that item on stage is lacking price tags. 20 minutes later the stockroom finally locates one, the last one with a price tag in the whole store. Not having tag on something happens all the time (they either fall off or we took it off). When ever this happens to me, I give the guest the one without the price tag (depending on the item) because everything is on the receipt. If it happens to you again, just explain to them the situation and show them that its on the receipt. What store do you work in? - BaseballMickey_CM

you are holding a little gun with one hand while pulling on a little knob to shoot with the other. it is fun bc it whizzes you around, plays fun music (and the walls are painted with fun, childhood board games)and then stops you in front of a midway game. higher point items tend to be at the top and bottom of screens. I had a magical moment with a guest this evening. I saw him trying to copy character autographs from one book into another, so I asked him if he had lost an autograph book.
