I always go to rancho del zocalo / plaza inn at dl for lunch/dinner (meal is fulfilling and the drinks is refillable)
Our go to places are Flo's V8 Cafe in DCA and Jolly Holiday Bakery in DL. There are many others that I want to try, but convincing my mini to go somewhere else can take some work. :) - kimberross

My fav thing to eat is the fried green tomato sandwich from hungry bear. The onion rings there are sooo good too. Of course dole whips and chocolate pineapple spears are a must but lately my go to sweet is the white chocolate raspberry cookie from marcelines confectionary in DTD.
