So excited! My daughter found out today that she was accepted into the Disney College Program as a performer at Disney World! We haven't been back there since we discovered the magic of Disneyland 15 yrs ago! I guess at least one of our Disney trips this year will be to the park on the other coast!

Planning our DL/DCA trip for Feb 6-14. Any advice or opinions as to time of year would be greatly appreciated! We have only been in Summer and Fall...new adventure!!

The weather should be mild. Like HMACIF said there is a definite possibility of rain. The great things about that time of year are the relief from the heat and the smaller crowds. If you don't mind a little morning fog, some cloud cover and maybe some rain you should have an excellent time. Be prepared with layers of clothing because even when it starts out cold often it warms up in the afternoon and you find yourself wishing you had something light on under that sweater. I decided to surprise my husband (who has never been to DL/DCA w our girls and me) w/ a trip to DL/DCA (from Austin TX) as a Christmas gift! It's time he joins in the fun!!! (whether he wants to or not) I'm a little nervous about making it a surprise but don't want to give him the opportunity to say no :) Can't wait to get him there! Planning Jan 7!

Dreaming of DL/DCA today while working on my DL map puzzle. Trying to listen to MW radio to really make it fun. Keep getting this error and music stops. Can anyone help?

Question...My daughter is at DL/DCA now with my sister. Our AP's expired at the end Of June. They bought a 4 day park hopper, can she trade that in and pay the difference to get an AP? Thanks for any info!

AP's expire tomorrow :( Can't wait to get new ones and go back to DL/DCA in January!! We were thinking about going the first full week of Jan. I'm worried that HM and IASW will be closed. Anyone know? Any other feedback about that week would be greatly appreciated!

Check tha calendar around mid. Oct. I think they are sometimes 90 days out or so. Also might check on here or other forums as it gets closer and somene may post closure dares. They close one then the other and it changes from year to year which goes first if memory serves. We go mid Jan every year. Light crowds and usually warmer than you'd expect.
