Hello! I have a question. Does anyone know if and when they will be bringing back the salmon quiche at the Jolly Holliday Bakery? I'm always at the parks and they say it's seasonal. I thought Lent would be a good time to bring them back but they still are not available. Just wondering. Thanks.
Hello! I don't post much but I have a question. I did search it but couldn't find anything. Is anyone going to the Disneyland Thanksgiving Feast tomorrow? If so could you please post pics and tell us your thoughts. I've searched all over the web and not a lot is said about it. There are some reviews but I'd like to get a better idea for next year. Thank you and everyone have a great Thanksgiving t More...
The Friday after Leap Day I was getting on BTMR and I saw Cam from Modern Family! He was in the FP line. They were not filming at the time. I freaked out and started yelling we loved him and waving at him. I was sooo excited. Finally as the ride took off I yelled in my best Columbian accent: AYE CAM, WHERE'S YAY!!!!!!!
Hello! So turning 40 has been incredible! I've become an AP holder and have met
great friends that also have APs too. I've seen people ask for this before and I'd thought I'd give it a try: Could you please send some pixie dust my way? We should be closing on our first house this week and it's taken forever! I'm so worried and wish I could have a Mickey cookie with the milk/white chocolate on it! More...
So I'm planning my first in park RAK 👏. It will be my 1st any RAK. Any advice? How should I execute it? Do I announce it when we are there then post location updates during the day🏃? What of NO ONE finds me😔?
So I got the green light to take the 24th off! So excited for Disneyland! Going to take my niece! However she is vegetarian and I can't eat meat that Friday (bitter coz I wanted fried chicken at Carnation). Anyhoo any ideas?
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
