They really should do a night once a year where you celebrate Repunzle's birthday and buy a paper lantern and let them go from Fantasy Land. They could donate all proceeds to charity. Might be hard seeing as how some might fall into the streets In the city, but they would be really cool to see standing in DL. - Belleslibrary

I really like a lot of the villains, but as far as pure evilness goes, you have to give it to Malifecent. She doesn't just destroy Aurora (although that was her original plan), but rather locks up her true love to watch him suffer for a hundred years, and promises to release him only once he is to old to enjoy the (cough cough) youthful charms of his lover.
