#Food - The perfect treat for this warm afternoon/evening. Left: Lemon sorbet sundae - amazingly refreshing. The pineapple was too sweet for me but everything complimented each other well! Right: Mint chip sundae with two scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream and milk chocolate fudge. The hubs loved it!

My husband pre-ordered Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix as a gift for Mother's Day. I have to tell you, I am beyond EXCITED for this release! I do have KH1 and KH2 on PS2... I'm hoping the glitches and gameplay are improved for the PS3 platform! Had to share!

#Food #Steakhouse55 - My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at Steakhouse 55 tonight. We split the pistachio-crusted rack of lamb with seared scallops. For dessert we had the berries with marscarpone sorbet ad a chocolate-dipped Brittany cookie. Overall, it was an incredibly fantastic meal with great service. Price was $37 for the lamb, $10 to add the seared scallops, $5 split plate charge, and More...

We celebrated my son's birthday a bit early at Minnie's Breakfast at the Plaza Inn. He had such a great time with tons of different characters. The food selection included scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, country fried steak, ham, biscuits and gravy, French toast, waffles, assorted fruits and cereal, and a make our own omelet station. Overall, good experience!

#Food - What's for lunch? Today I'm having the tri-tip sliders from the Cove Bar in DCA! The meat is tender and sauce enhances the sliders without overpowering them. The brioche buns really make the dish - slightly toasted yet soft. Overall, awesome, awesome dish!!
