Picsart and photo grid are the ones I use.

By "text" you may mean emoji's. These are seen on iphone (maybe others too). I can't see them on my computer. I use collage apps on my iphone, there are lots to review and choose from. I hope this helps and I'm sure others will have useful input too. - ShariRenee 1509.3 #51 9:57AM

I have an android, that is the issue, people with apple products can see all the emoji's. I've done research and it looks like a no go for andriod user other than loading iffy apps or patches.
