Yep - I bought a snowglobe on our last visit and they reminded us to not put it in our carry on, which was great as I would've been disppointed not to take it back home!

As a TSA Supervisor I am happy to say this regulation has changed. Small snow globes are allowed but I am sure Disney would rather not risk someone still having their items taken away because of someone having a different definition of "small" also the rule on items that are almost empty has changed items like toothpaste etc. - QueenBella 143.3 #2393 8:53PM

HMACIF if you go on TSA.gov they have a section you can look up prohibited items. Type in snow globe and it will tell you about snow globes infer 3.4 oz that fit into a quart size ziplock baggie - QueenBella 143.3 #2393 9:10PM

From the TSA site: Snow globes that appear to contain less than 3.4 ounces of liquid (approximately tennis ball size) can be packed in your carry-on bag ONLY if the entire snow globe, including the base, is able to fit into your one quart-sized, resealable plastic bag.
