It's kind of odd because you have to almost focus on the empty spae in front of you other than the stuff going on behind the glass. For those who haven't been, there is the regular part of the store that is open to guests of CMs, but the cage is all "as is" merchandise, used park/hotel goods like plates and furniture, or park decor and is only open to CMs and spouses.
