Does anyone know why the parking structure is closed?

I don't know if anyone posted this or not. I just came through the entrance and was told you have to stamp your hand when u leave even if u have a pass. Have a good day.

I always get a hand stamp, even with AP because if they are full to capacity & u don't have a stamp you won't be able to re-enter...if u have a hand stamp then they have already counted you as in the parks.
