Wow. I went to grad night in 96 too. I remember the dress code too. Loved seeing your pic. I am sorry you didn't have a great experience. To stick up a little for this generation.. not all of us were perfect back them either. I heard about kids in my class getting high and sneaking in alcohol. I was so naive, the thought had never even occurred to me. So maybe like any other generation of high schoolers there is a mix. One more thing, as a teacher (2nd grade though) sometimes teens (who are just kids in big bodies) still need to reminded in a kind way of appropriate manners. Since I've graduated, I've been a couple times when Grad Night's were taking place, & I swear I'll never go again! Pack your patience, it will be busy but fun. Don't miss the fireworks. Hope you have a wonderful time.

It will be VERY busy, especially for fireworks. Take advantage of fast passes, but remember to use them during your hour window. Watch shows in the air conditioned buildings. Stay hydrated and remember that quick service restaurants will give you a free cup of water. For fireworks viewing, Main Street will be packed and walkways will be stopped. If you're in another area of the park come time for fireworks, I'd suggest staying there rather than try to make your way to Main Street.
