We don't live in Cali anymore so when we started planning vacations down there we use to include Knott's as part of our schedule...the last time we went to Knott's (which has been 6 or 7 years ago) it had changed so much from when I was a kid. The bathrooms were dirty, people were smoking in the park, there were chicken bones in the water fountains, trash on the ground and no real system when you got close to the front of the line.. We haven't returned since. It's always DL for us and there is just nothing like it. We always make the comment that it's a little like stepping back in time where customer service is a top priority..we can forget the real world and just have fun.
