This was hardest thing to say goodbye to. I hope I don't have to wait another 16 years to see it in person again.I watched it 6 times during my trip (shows you how much I missed it.) I have literally hundreds if pictures and also filmed the entire thing on one of the runs. Thanks for the memories, making me feel like a kid again and making me cry like a baby. Now please come home where you belong!
One of my favorite memories from 2011. This was my daughter's birthday, and none of us had seen this show at the castle. It was nice the three of us got to share something new at the same time. I'm excited to capture more memories for 2012
If you are having problems with signal in the Parks, be sure to use the Mark the Spot app from AT&T - if enough people report slow data, there is a possibility they could boost the signal within a few minutes. If everyone does this when there are problems, we can make a difference. Thanks!
RAK Time!!! I was very fortunate enough to receive the iPhone 4s as an early Christmas present so I no longer need this Mophie Juice Pack Air. This is compatible with iPhone 3G & 3GS only. I have only used it twice and it is a perfect battery back up for those long MW filled days at the parks! A simple "add me" will do and a winner will be chosen on Tuesday, Dec 27th at 6pm. Good luck everyone and More...
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
