Yes! Babies and toddlers love it. Also bring a comfortable baby carrier so you can carry the 1 year old while napping and don't lose time. Baby care center at the end of main street on the right side has toddler size potties and clean cold filtered water fountain inside for formula. Pack your own snacks. Disney jr show, monsters Inc, the little mermaid and bugs land are good for kids in DCA. Baby care center also has the best diaper change areas. It will be crowded when you go so don't try and over do it. Enjoy the Christmas decor.
