Generally any non-holiday weekday. Try to go in the morning before nap time. Lines are short, pack lots of snacks and make a plan of what rides you want to hit so there's less aimless wandering. Make a pit stop in Toontown so the baby can wander around on the playground! - Ladystrac

When I worked at the stores we got comp tickets twice a year but management can get themselves and three guest into the parks. But also when I worked at the stores. If you worked at a coast store you got into WDW free then the people who worked in a east coast store got into DL for free. - Dizzy4Disney

Ohh what fun. I remember getting mine taken out years ago.
