Hey gang, The family and I wanna see Aladdin at DCA (I know, I know, I'm a CM that hasn't seen it. For shame ;) hehe). My question is this, how accommodating is the seating for "larger" guests (looking for leg room and width). Is there seating with arm rests that lift up or something? Thanks :)
For everyone wanting to know the Grand Californian Christmas info:
The Christmas Tree will be put up the night / morning of November 19 / November 20.
Santa Claus will begin visiting Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa on November 22. His last day in the Great Hall will be December 24.
He will be available to visit Guests in the Great Hall at the following times:
Thanks to the "How to spot fake disney pins" I was able to catch this little beauty in my work traders. Other than the eyes, there is some bad bubbling/discoloration on the flower petals. I'm going to educate my cast about this stuff soon. :)
***UPDATE*** Ok, no takers for the rare "Just Engaged" button. So, I will continue this for TONIGHT!(5/22), from 5-10pm at Storytellers cafe at the Grand Californian. These buttons are discontinued. I found a hidden stash in one of my locations. First couple to find me gets these two buttons. FYI: I'll be working at Storytellers Cafe at the Grand. Good luck! A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
