A lot of the time gac cards aren't a huge help in dca, since it was built handicap accessible and wheelchairs can be used through the cues. ask cast members at attractions for help show them your card and let them know what needs need to be met. Best of luck

Sounds like it to me. I would have gone back when you saw what was written on the card and try to re-explain the issue. I think she got confused because I very clearly said no stairs and used Aladdin show as an example, but I don't know why she wouldn't think attractions would also need to be addressed as well. It was just a bad experience because I felt like we were questioned for something we thought wouldn't be questioned.
