Looks like this is the first baby ducks at Disneyland this year!!! Make sure you guys help protect them from children and adults alike that think its funny to chase them or try and pick them up..I always follow them and guard them from other guests until they get back to the water and under the fece where they can be protected - Dave

I let people know that ducks are protected under federal law as a migratory species (even if they claim Disneyland as their home). Antagonizing them in anyway is a federal offense. I understand that kids are interested by the ducks there. But like i told my son the last time we were there that he can look but don't touch. I saw a mother grab one of the baby ducks and brought it over to her toddler so he can pet the duck. A cm saw it and took the baby duckie away..thank goodness. - karshla
