Oh! I hope you don't mind my sharing. Hubby is all better now, they fixed his acid reflux. We were able to renew our disney passes, and he rode on Big Thunder Mountain Ride last night! All is good, we're back in action at DL! Thanks for the prayers and love all these months!
So.. we went to Disneyland at 7:30pm last night and it was EMPTY! We ran in and rode space mountain twice before the park closed at 8pm. Then had sundaes on main street after the park closed. It felt like 20 years ago, when we could actually enjoy the park with no crowds! I loved it!
Hi everyone, long time no see! I just thought I would tell you I miss you... everything is great, husband is stable, family is happy. I hope all is going well for you & that you're getting ready for the holidays!
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
