I don't see the weigh-in Wednesday... but I'm -2.2 for the past 2 weeks, and -1.3 for the 2 weeks before that! (I haven't posted in awhile). My work started a walking challenge- they gave us all pedometers and I'm team captain of the Sole Survivors- we were challenged to take at least 10,000steps/day!! One more reason for me to get off my butt- as team captain, I don't want to let them down!!
Congratulations that's awesome weight loss and definitely good that your in a challenge it helps motivate you to keep going and stay strong! I Just finished a your loss their gain challenge and not only those every pound we lose goes to feed the hungry, if we are one of top three percentage weight loss, we win a iPod touch. Working out pays off!! My cat alarm didn't wake me up this morning so I missed my morning dog walk. I didn't get home until almost 8pm tonight, so I almost skipped today, but decided I really should at least take them on an easy walk at least. Walked to the nearest shopping center and walked around the stores, so it wasn't so dark on the streets... and met a cute guy who called me beautiful. He  More...

Ate slowly enough to realize I was full before I finished my lunch. And then managed to stop myself from finishing the delicious food just because there was only "a little bit left anyway". /cheer!
