Is there anyone who can help grab me a set of maps today? I collect maps, and the New Years maps from both parks would help me with my collection. Thanks in advance

Wish I can get maps for NYE. I love collecting maps. Does anyone else have a hobby, collecting Disney things? I may be in LA with my fam, but won't be going in...

I have been wondering if anyone can do pick ups of Disneyland/Walt Disney World park maps? I collect them, and still have some since 2008. I used to have a DL 50th one, as well as "Rockin' Both Parks" maps, but lost both. Thanks :) it would mean a lot to me

So my girlfriend and I will be going to Disneyland, with me returning to Disneyland from the DCP Fall 2014 in Disneyland. Also, my girlfriend hasn't been there in 6 year and will be our first time at any Disney Parks together. What do you recommend as a Full-Service offer, as well as any must-eat Quick-Service/Snack and Attractions. I know what to go on by myself, but I don't know her taste except  More...

If I were to take just one walking guided tour, what would it be and why? My girlfriend hasn't been there for 6 years, so might take a tour beforehand. Thanks

Are there any perks using Disney Chase Visa? I just got one and heard there is free 5x7 photo per day, but idk where the Meet & Greet area is. Are there any other perks? Thanks

There is one near Monster's Inc. It operates only certain hours a day.  - JenGwen323  2081.0 #83 5:19PM
You can get some discounts if not an AP. sometimes they have a Visa only pin you can buy. I also use the points earned spending on it towards my AP (or you can get gift card). - DLKenCA  3014.1 #51 5:20PM
Check the Disney Chase Visa website for all of the discounts.  There are daily offers and limited time offers.  Too many to list here.  And there is a pin available for Disney Visa cardholders that I saw at Pin Traders and Westward Ho  - sr_citizen_space_ranger  70.7 #4302 5:26PM

My girlfriend of 5 years hasn't gone to Disneyland in 7 yrs. What's the best place to eat as a couple? I was thinking about Carthay Circle WOC Dining Plan, but what does it consist of? Thanks

I would actually suggest skipping the WOC dining package and instead making reservations to eat at Carthay just a little bit before the fireworks start one night, then requesting a table on the balcony (you may want to make them an hour or so before the fireworks in case you have to wait for a balcony table, and then you can always extend your meal by getting dessert or just talking after dinner if you need to). Watching the fireworks from there really is an amazing experience though because the music is piped in through the balcony's speakers and you get to have a delicious dinner with a great view. I did it two years ago and loved the experience, it felt very VIP-ish. Also, I'm guessing that doing this would actually be a cheaper option than doing WOC dining since you will just be paying for a regular dinner.Β  - MallE  164.3 #2590 11:47PM
As I said before, my family and I ate at Carthay Circle twice last summer; once for Dining Package and once for fireworks on the balcony. I spent $5 plus tax more on my non WOC Dining Meal,  and think I would have only saved if I had been a vegetarian or vegan. My future SIL was with us and she was Vegan and the chef came up with something really special for her; a Thai Risotto with Stir Fried vegetables with Lime, Saffron and Coconut Curry. We sampled and it was awesome. The veggies were sliced and stacked like a tower and each layer had risotto in between with a sriracha like drizzle that was more like a chutney! Yum 😁 - Catski23  32.7 #6025 12:45AM
If you click the clock on the top right, click 'mp' ...you can move this post to DL talk so more people can see your post and hopefully answer your question.   - Linzee  1616.5 #119 6:26PM
with the woc/cc meal,  do you get to sit for the woc show,  or is it a standing area? - MsTikiMermadam  1498.9 #126 1:34AM
It's standing. - BibbidiBobbidiBoo  114.1 #3459 1:49AM
So it's better to ask for balcony Abt 30 mins before DL fireworks? - keli7516  225.3 #1742 2:18PM
We went a summer night on a Tues. 3 days before the 4th of July. It was busy, but not at all crowded on the balcony. Our reservation was for 7:40pm and we sat and ate and talked for almost 2 hours; our server said we could stay to watch the fireworks since they would show at 9:30pm. Can't remember if you can hear the audio that plays the fireworks, but it was the perfect view, and Five & Dime (the Jazz group) sang and danced below us about 2 after our appetizers were served so no bustling of plates to distract from the great sounds of that band. It was like a private concert just for the balcony. We clapped and whistled a little because the crowd down below was medium sized, but very subdued. They waved to us asked us to order them some of Carthay's Cheddar Cheese & JalapeΓ±o Biscuits. We all laughed and had such a great night with great food and a gorgeous fireworks display. 😻😻😻 - Catski23  32.7 #6025 4:13PM
