Please pray for my wife RCmom. She fell off a ladder today and is in the emergency room. Our girls were so scared. We have a big trip to the parks coming up and she's only worried about the girls, but we are all really worried about her. Thank you.
I won a RAK from islandRmand and my wife snagged it and put it on her car. So, a couple of weeks ago posted the picture of the sticker on HER car. To my surprise, when I got home today this was in the mail. Thanks islandRmand, you're awesome!
I just got home from a great trip to DL and already miss it. First time meeting and hanging with MWers. I had such an awesome time with BubbaLou, ThatGuyFrom858, and Marshamouse. I also got to do my first Astro Blaster meetup. And last but not least spent all me time with my favorite MWer, Ryleecarlymom and our two MWers in training, princess1 and princess2. Thanks to all and can't wait to do it a More...
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
