Here are a few items that are only available during dinner time in the Carthay dinning room upstairs 😊 I don't want to reveal too much😉
The top is the Grilled Quail that is stuffed with prosciutto wrapped peaches, the bottom left will be the Grilled Rib-Eye and the bottom right is the Sautéed northern Halibut 😊 My apologies for all the food spam!
I wasn't a big fan of the quail...I was a lot dryer than I would have liked but that could just be to first day kinks in the kitchen...the prosciutto wrapped peaches were a nice touch with great flavors. The green beans were just ok , I think the could work on something a little more exciting for a veggie dish.....The hallibut was amazing...very lathe piece of fish and cooked perfectly...the sauce it came wih complimented the fish and did not take away from it or too over powering - Dave

Here is the menu of appetizers for the Carthay Circle lounge. You don't need reservations to order here and when I walked in around 7pm last night the lounge was pretty empty. The inside of the lounge was beautiful. This will probably replace The Cove for me, the food selection already looks so much better!

Plaza Inn for fried chicken is a must! Also I love the Hungry Bear (especially for lunch when you can watch the duckies and Mark Twain go by). Rancho del Zocalo is pretty good and a pretty setting, and you must try either Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta or Paradise Garden Grille. - Sarafina

i would like to thank every one of you all, waking up and seeing my flickr have over 2k+ hits overnight again is amazing. this past month alone about 90% of my 6k or so hits is just from mousewait and i'm currently around 30k+ hits since i started my flickr almost a year ago now. it's crazy how a hobby i started almost a year ago when i got my ap could have grown so much. i look back at my old pictures and i kinda laugh and can critique myself now. it's always fun to learn new things and this past year i've learned a lot and i'm always learning new things. sure there are a lot of pictures of disneyland but to make a shot of your own and different is the challenging thing. if you ever spot me and my brother at the parks when we're just taking pictures we're always looking at new ways to shoot things. it was great to see some of you yesterday and to tell me your new laptop/phone wallpaper is my partners picture, or even through instagram or any other form and say its your new background. you all deserve lumpia -xchristopherguntherninjapandalumpiamouse84 - chris.
