Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes! I remember last year here on the lounge I barely knew anyone at this time i pretty much just posted a photo here and there. But around the reunion is where I really started to go out to meet ups, it's been great getting to know a lot of you in the parks and outside. Sorry to hear that! Like what sue said make sure you ask for in house reservations or myself when booking this rate. Normal rates for these days start well above $150 so that's the kind of rates the central reservations people see. You can ask for the front desk next time or make sure you're speaking to in house reservations so we won have these issues in the future :) - djbreakdown 567.0 #195 5:53PM
Did you call the number listed above between 9-5 and ask for in-house reservations as instructed? If you did each of those things, I would be very surprised that you got that response. However, once I called doing just that, and because the in-house person was busy, they transfered me to the corporate reservations. When I asked if this was in-house, I was told they have the same rates (not true), so they sent me back to the in-house person who knew what I was talking about! W e did call the phone number given it was before 5 but after djbreakdown left. Our family stayed there when they first offered the retro rate and we even met tommy who gave my son a pirate hat.which was very nice my son loved it and still has it.
