I have been to all of them and I would have to say Minnie's. Go early during magic morning and you'll have a great time and still make it into the park before it opens. The character interactions are the better here then the others as well.

I've been to all except Minnie's. My personal favorite is Goofy's for breakfast. The food is delicious, and guaranteed you'll get some great characters walking by your table. (Last time I was there, Cindy & Perla, Mulan, Dale, Chip, Goofy, Daisy, etc.) I would recommend Storyteller's if you really wanted to meet a specific character, because they don't change like Goofy's. We were there. We where the first in line for RSR at the 1pm group and then RSR broke down and we had to wait around an hour and a half for it to come back up. I seen a few MW's there but didn't say hi :(
