I have some questions about the RAKs. I want to do one, but how do I pick the winner? Do I just scroll through and pic then send them a message to get it to them? Thanks in advance for all the help! :)

You can do it however you want since it's a random act of kindness. Some people give things out in the park to other MWers they meet, or someone who makes their experience memorable, or just complete strangers. If you do it as a drawing here, people usually take names and number them, then use a random number generator to select a winner. - Mimmy 1405.6 #57 9:29PM
