I've been trolling the posts from the D23 Expo and have been enjoying the pictures. I was wondering, since I haven't read or seen a post about them, are there any exhibits or presentations about future attractions/plans for DL or DCA this year? I have heard of plans to re-do tomorrowland but nothing specific or a time table.
I need some help. I am in DTD in Orlando and I am looking for the little known juice fountain with multiple flavors at it. Can't remember the name of it. If some one could help me out soon let me know. Thanks guys!
It's getting down to the wire on my trip to WDW in March and my AP is about to expire 😱😨 I was wondering about the Premier AP. Is it available for the monthly payment plan or do you have to pay for it all at once?
Admin I'm not sure if my post from earlier today was noticed or if it was covered before. I mentioned that when I was getting a FP for WOC last night a CM told me they are no longer having the 10:15 showing of the show. The new times for the show are at 8:15 and 9. Just thought I would mention this because I use this awesome app for the wait times as well as the event times and was planing my eve More...
To those at the parks today and the rest of this week. I was told while I was getting a FP for WOC last night that they are not having the 10:15 showing. The new times, at least for this week, are 8:15 and 9. Hope this hasn't been covered yet, did a search and couldn't find anything.
Not sure if I should admit this or anything but if everyone could send some pixi dust my way. This week I realized I may may a Hernia and could cause me to have surgery. I'm sure everyone at some point are nervious/scared about surgeries in their life. Well that is me to a fault times ten. I'm likely going to go into a Doctor soon for final opinion. If everyone could keep me in their thoughts I w More...
I've been searching all over this app and haven't had any luck. Does anybody at the park or any CM know if the Carsland Music soundtrack is sold out or if there will be some available on Sunday?! I really, REALLY want this CD for my collection for a birthday gift for myself....😁😄
I have a request, since the summer season is just now upon us and RSR is likely going to be longer than 135 minutes long throughout the day. Is it possible, or would everyone agree, to have a temporary allowance for accurate wait times for RSR be posted in the lounge?
I know there's been MANY requests for this already but I am a HUGE Disneyland fan and a Disney parks fan who's stuck at Jury Duty. I applied for the preview and was one of many 'losers.' just was wondering if there was a wayward free preview pass out there I would be most excited to experience Carsland today. I can make it for ANY time slot except this first one at the moment. Thanks to all the MW More...
Mr. Disney was one of five children, four boys and a girl. He was the fourth born Disney son. He was named after his parents pastor and friend Walter Parr, a preacher at St. Paul Congregational Church. The pastor, in turn, will later name his son Elias, after Walt's father.
Most of Walt's childhood was spent on a farm in Marceline, Missouri, where he began drawing, painting and selling pictures to neighbors and family friends. In 1911, the family moved to Kansas City, where his love for trains really developed. His Uncle, Mike Martin, was a train Engineer who worked on the route between Fort Madison, Iowa, and Marceline. Walt would later work a summer job with the railroad, selling newspapers and snacks to the travelers. To read more about Walts love for trains

To watch a short biography of Walts life:

Walt Disney in my opinion, is a wonderful example of the American dream! He represents: imagination, optimism, creation, and self-made success in the American tradition. He brought us closer to the future, while telling us of the past, it is certain, Walt Disney was a great man! He and his brother Roy co-founded Walt Disney Productions, which became one of the best-known motion-picture production companies in the world! Disney was an innovative animator and created the cartoon characters we all love to watch today. :) He won 22 Academy Awards during his lifetime, and was the founder of the magical playgrounds that ties us all together, Disneyland and Disney World. Had he been alive today he would be 112 years old! Happy birthday Walt! Thank you so much for believing in your dreams! You are a true inspiration.
In honor of today, it would be fun if we all mentioned our favorite quote from Mr. Disney. I'll go first, I have many, but this one always sticks out:
"I've always been interested in the past and history and I think it's vital."
Thanks for reading and watching! Hope you all have a terrific Thursday!
