i did a solo night. never met mw'ers, but think i saw a few. i was scared getting there, but once i walked in, it was on like donkey kong, i was speedwalking the whole night, not having to wait for the kiddo and hubs to follow!!
-2 finally! Officially weighed in at 234lbs last week during Dr visit. I was put back on phentermine, at a higher dose than last year, he said if I keep hitting plateaus he might lower dose and add topamax.
Aww Boo, you can dm me anytime. I'm currently on Celexa, been on it since I was finally diagnosed bi-polar with anxiety attacks. It took a while to adjust to my meds, but when I go off them because its hard to get an appt, I notice a huge difference. Talk to your Dr about concerns. Seems like everyone here is warm enough to care about you and your well being, including me because I've been there.
The sinus rinse does help, the instructions come with the pot on how to use distilled vs boiled water. I have to admit, the first few times I used it, I freaked out, it feels really weird, but I got used to it. I also found a homeopathic nasal spray, but my son took it to school with him. Check out whole foods if youre near one!
Hey gang! Lol Im so late, I fell asleep on my meds and missed midnight. Still sad to see post hijacking with the inside jokes and general snarkyness but oh well. Guess ill stick to saying hi to those I've posted with. As usual, I brought baked goodies! Choc chip and oatmeal cranberry pecan cookies, help yourselves!
