We got a fast pass but still had to wait for like 40 mins because they only had one elevator running...another guest started getting impatient and went up to the front of the line to yell at the CM...I hate when people do that. They're only doing their jobs people. It's not like they purposely break down the ride for us. the CM member was very professional though and kept calm..the person ended up leaving...but we still got on. :) - Alifromcali87
