The 2nd floor of which building on main street was used for management offices when Disneyland opened?

I remember watching something about that on youtube i forgot, but i know that the room ontop of the fire station was walts apt he would stay in to see guest faces as they walk in and exited the park - lalalala 4.8 #10895 8:23AM
