I actually saw Fullerton when I went on a choir trip to Disneyland this year, I was pleasantly surprised by how pretty the campass was ! Applying there for sure - madamdopey26 149.8 #2293 3:51PM
Hi everyone! In the past I have heard about a race that actually runs through Disneyland. Does anyone know if there will be one coming up in the near future? And anyone who has done this race in the past was it really difficult or really fun or both? This summer I have come to really enjoy running, it would be amazing to experience that at the happiest place on earth. Thanks!
The DL Half Marathon is Labor Day weekend. The Tink Half is in late January. Both race weekends have 5K events as well. The runDisney website has more info. - Mimmy

The CHOC walk also goes through Disneyland and DCA. At least last time I did it, it did. I believe it's in October. Check the Childrens hospital of Orange County website! I loved it and it was for a great cause! - Mickeymouse28

Hey MW! My rank is really
low, so I've been trying to play mousewait trivia in an attempt to raise it plus it seems really fun. However, it will not work on my computer. I've tried Safari, Google Chrome, and IE, and I've read the FAQ and saw a similar post to this one, but it still won't work. This is the 3rd day I have tried doing it, Is there something that I am
missing? Thanks!
Are you logged into Facebook with the same email you used for Mousewait? - Jenniferr

Yes, but I also did the MW log in thingy in case it wasn't detected for some reason - madamdopey26 149.8 #2293 1:29PM
Hmm, possibly try clearing your cache? I think that was one of Admin's suggestions for someone else before. If not contact Admin I guess! - Jenniferr 428.0 #294 1:32PM
I tried clearing the cache ya that was a suggestion from admin to me a few days ago but it still hasn't worked - mickeyat 295.4 #636 8:17PM
Just did it using Firefox. - Lelundrial

Trivia seems to be working now after 4 days of it not working. FWIW I didn't try anything to fix it myself, I just waited it out. - Grindcore

Hi MW, Does anyone know if you can still get one of those dedication bricks that are in front of the disneyland entrance? Cost is a factor, but I think it would be split by a big group of people. If there are any other ideas of how to get a dediction to someone at Disneyland please share, Thank you ! (:
MW was one of the last to get one. As long as you're a part of this family, you already have a brick there. 😊 - Sweet_Irish_Cream

I inquired and they are not currently offering those as they contemplate changes that might be made to the esplanade. I do hope they will offer them again tho! - MelodyMouse

Time to be starting college apps soon... Who goes to a SoCal college, how often do you manage to get to Disneyland, and is there a bus system that takes you from campass to the parks? How is the college life more magical down there? Just some important things to consider... :)
I go to csulb and its not that far from Disneyland, only about a 20 minute drive. - SorcererD91

You need to come to our csulb meetups!!!! - kristian 1772.9 #43 11:05PM
Is there another one coming up soon? - SorcererD91 473.9 #252 11:12PM
I'll let you know. I'll have to ask the organizer. Otherwise I was thinking a CSU college meet up! - kristian 1772.9 #43 12:04AM
This^^ I go to CSULB and its seriously the best! Everyone is so awesome, the professors are amazing, and its a school that actually requires intelligence to get in to, unlike other surrounding schools ;) I have a lot of homework, but I usually go to DL about twice a week. It literally takes me 25 minutes to get from my dorm on campus to the Mickey and Friends parking lot. I love my experience at CSULB and definitely couldn't see myself anywhere else! - ladylikesdisney 921.5 #95 12:17AM

I go to school in Fullerton (about 5 miles from the parks) and I go to the parks every weekend. If I wasn't working there, I'd still go every weekend - BaseballMickey_CM

Wow Sidney you gave such a great answer. College is an investment in yourself and weekends were when I got my homework done and term papers written. I was a nursing major and had all that extra lab time on top of classes. Maybe a math major or non lab majors could get away with little or no study time. I was busy with school work with my degrees. - Plumiegirl
3322.5 #10 12:25AM
Let me elaborate: I came to CSULB because its where I felt I belonged. A large part of that was because DL was so close, but it also helped that the beach is blocks away and the college has one of the best English Ed programs in the nation. It is super important to make sure you feel at home wherever you choose to go. College is one of the few times when you can pick up and leave to go anywhere, so why not go someplace you love? - ladylikesdisney

hey mw! does anyone know a good disney-related biography? we have to read a biography or autobiography of an american in my english class, and since anything disney is amazing why not make it a fun assignment. I have Walt disney: an american story, is there an even better one that u would recommend?
Um i dont remember what its called or who its by but she read one that had like a sepia picture of walt with red writing on the front that she said was really good - acpowers13
