Question... I bought my Mom a D23 gift membership for Christmas. She can't figure out how to "activate" her membership online (and I can't do it for her from 1,100 miles away). I suggested she call them tomorrow.

There should be a letter behind the certificate, you have to email guest.service@disneystore.com(there will be a memo line that they will say what to put in there) and that's how it will activate the membership to get the biweekly newsletters - DisneyTrueLove 6.2 #9124 8:41PM

In just 30 days I return to DL for the first time in 6 years! So, what's changed (besides my hair - that's me in front)? What can't we miss?

I love your shoes! I had them too and wore them for the first time to DL. Big mistake! Got huge blisters on my heels, could barely walk at the end. Still loved them and wore them all the time (when the blisters healed.) - jjdq 326.7 #506 3:51AM

Many changes in DCA: World of Color, Toy Story Midway Mania, and new Little Mermaid . A new dining area on Paradise Pier has really good food! lots of construction walls for new attractions. Disneyland= Star Tours has been refurbished and updated, better & more motion sickness; Space Mountain is Ghost Galaxy for Halloween; Haunted Mansion has a Nightmare Before Christmas; Village Haus and Hungry Bear have new menus, and there's a newer Mexican restaurant by Thunder Mountain. Updated Tiki Room & Jungle Cruise with piranhas. And no more Jolly Trolly ride. It costs $6,000. to get in and 14 to park. Have a Magical time. - splashphotoCM 880.9 #104 1:07PM

Will someone please explain Vinylmation to me? I was first exposed to Vinyls & Vinylmation merchandise in WDW last October. It was everywhere! I still don't get it. How did they start? Where did they come from? What do they mean? Why do you like them? I go to DL in two months. Convince me I need one!
