A HUGE thank you to mxprincess399! I just received my Secret Santa gift and it is absolutely perfect! I love everything about it. I also want to add a big thank you to Goofymom77 for organizing everything.
I had a pretty good routine down to go jogging everyday with my baby in the stroller, but it's not working out so well with the colder weather. How do you get your workout in during the winter? Trying to decide if joining a gym is the best option.... Just found out a friend will be joining me in running the 2015 Tinkerbell Half! Since I've got awhile to train, I really want to try and add the 10k More...
After returning from a 3 week trip, I had a GREAT day at the mailbox! I received a RAK from the ever-awesome willierose, and even got a bonus Halloween pin, thank you! I also got my Jungle Cruise Ticket to Tour set that I ordered off eBay since I have zero self-control. 😄
A little more info for the 2014 attraction poster calendar BBM posted about was published on the Disney Barks Blog yesterday. Each poster is perforated and can be removed for framing! They are available for purchase at Main Street Photo Supply, Elias and Co., and World of Disney. Also available online starting Monday (great news for us out-of-towners)!
Yay! I made it into the top 5 for the week. I know it's not a big deal for most, but being from Seattle, it's hard for me to contribute much to the lounge. So happy I was able to make a trip to Disneyland this week and update wait times and post photos.
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
