The Most famous interview question " Why should we choose you over the other candidates?" This can make or break you, so be honest and express your love for the parks. Passion sells! And most important, dont over think, just breath and answer.
SmiLe seriously even if you think the interview didn't go that well because I know I wouldn't have gotten hired if I didn't smile. I was sooo nervous but as long as they see a smile on you they will hire you. They see that even if you are scarred as hell, you will smile in any situation. Good luck :D - annjay07

When I went in for my interview at the very end my interviewer gave me some feedback on what to improve on for my upcoming 2nd interview. The biggest one was to be less reserved and not afraid to be outgoing and show my personality! I tend to be a little more reserved for interviews in an attempt to seem more professional, but she said Disney wants to see your enthusiasm to see how you would act around guests! Good luck!! - ashmonster

Be yourself and be polite. Have fun and relax. I interview folks alot and I can always tell when some 1 tries to hard. Oh and whatever you do, do not break out in song and dance to its a small world, lol. Good luck!
