Let's all get it out of our systems! Who got what date/time for Star Tours AP Preview? Post here... Btw, we're planning our next trip Memorial Day weekend (27-30) If anyone has 2-3 extra spots it would be greatly approciated.
WHEW!! Last ride if the night.. On the tram now, just turned in our packet. They offered 5 points if u turn it in before 7. This year was very hard and we're beat!! Thank you yo all who gave encouragement and shout outs thru the day.
Good luck to my fellow Gumball Rally participants!! For those of you that will be at the parks today, say hello and give encouragement to all the MWers that are racing. Please remember to not provide "help" (food/drink/FP/etc.) It's great to see so many teams representing MW this year!!
We have decided to take the plunge and book our Disney Cruise!! If anyone has any tips/ideas/what have u nots, pls share. Our time frame is mid to late Oct and we would like to do land & sea. Our party consists of the two of us, kiddos (6&12) and Dreams folks. Thx in advance.
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
