Super late posting, but I was -6.5 in 1.5 weeks last week! I was doing really well tracking and doing level 2 of the 30 day shred at least once a day. This week I've done ok, but not as well due to state testing stress eating/less exercise. Next week: Disneyland!

Aw, congrats! That is very exciting! And you can still eat healthy and exercise and get in better shape, when I was pregnant with my firstborn I actually lost 4 pounds because I was taking care of myself (i had a lot more than 25 pounds to lose tho). Congrats again! - Duchess73

I do both religiously! Unfortunately, I haven't made it into an Apple store (I live in the sticks!) since washing my iPhone in the washing machine so I don't know if I can do mw texts...? I'll be sure to text when I get it sorted out, or if you come up with another way!

Good idea. I haven't checked them out yet but will have some time today. I noticed on Spark Recipes there was a Pinterest button. I've experimented with a lot of new recipes lately and most have worked out well. I don't think we've had to call for pizza yet.... - 415beachgirl

I am feeling super awesome! The dr thinks that I might have had gallstones since I was hospitalized when I was 11 because I had A LOT. It makes sense, since kids with anemia can get gallstones. Anyways, now that they're gone I'm realizing that this is what normal feels like! SO much better! I'm ready to get back on track and also slowly amp up the exercise!

A couple of the doctors I saw thought so, but two others (between the ER, my GP and surgeon's office I've seen 5) thought my plan sounded healthy and fine and don't know exactly why. This may have even started when I was very young (like 9) and was just exacerbated by the weight loss. Who knows! It's out now and I'm stuck at home healing- the surgeon said that surgery is more painful for young p More...
