Did the initial weigh in at the sign up for WW at Work. Also, weighed in today for a Biggest Loser group at work. First goal is 10%, 33 pounds over 12 weeks. Ends up being about 3 pounds a week. I can do this. Also, decided on a motivator for me to keep going after that. When I lose 75 pounds I'll finally be within guidelines to do a zipline ride.
