Married to my wonderful hubby for going on 11 yrs! My husband served 2 tours in Iraq for his country, in the worst possible places out there! Had our first baby feb 2 2013 after 10 yrs of trying and 3 losses! Disney baby!
Good night mouse wait. I'm disappointed traffic prevented me from getting in but then i got home and read about the mayhem, So I'm good at home lol. Will hopefully be able to go tomorrow. my husband lost his wallet at the parks friday. we came down today to get it cause it was turned in (thank God, if people arent honest at disneyland theres no hope) its so hard to sit in the car and not go in the park =( but at least my dog is with me lol
although i never meant lacey i feel like i know her through all you memories. she looks like a very right and happy spirit! i will be wearing my ariel pin in her honor tomorrow. rest in peace beautiful soul and may you forever bring joy to others through the memories you made for them. my thoughts and prayers are with all of you mwers that knew her and her family and friends
i am going to disneyland friday. i just got braces and spacers last week and it still hurts like heck to eat anything but soup. how many soups do they have? i know about the bread bowls its what i always get but do any other places have soup not in bread?
about to head to cali adventure for our hotel. is little mermaid closed? because it says on times on here its closed but it also said that about half the fantasyland rides last night when they were all open
Groundbreaking for the Temple of the Forbidden Eye occurred in August 1993. More than 400 Imagineers worked on its design and construction. Tony Baxter led a core project team of nearly 100 Imagineers.
Several early concepts were considered for Indy including a walk-through adventure and a high-speed mine car adventure within a temple. To avoid a long queue, Imagineers even considered using Jungle Cruise launches to shuttle guests to the loading area. The team tested key show elements in a Burbank warehouse on a full-sized elevated track that resembled a freeway. This enabled the team to test set pieces, lighting, effects, transport clearances and motion profiles.
To create space for the 0.5-mile queue area and the 50,000-square-foot show building, an area of the former "Eeyore" parking lot was demolished, and the Monorail and Jungle Cruise attractions were rerouted. As I'm sure some of you know, an old Eeyore parking sign is hidden up in the rafters high above the projection room (in the queue). The sign pays homage to the Eeyore Parking Lot.
