Having the drive to create and bring together us all, Walt has touched all of our lives. Helping create memories, friendships, and pulling us thru the best and worst times of life, nobody deserves more credit today. Question for the Etsy loving/obsessed buyers and sellers. What is the stance about using official Disney images in a sellers items? I traced some images in fabric markers on some totes to use, and I was using Disney images instead of random deviant art ones (art stealing is a no-no to me). If I sell a tote, would that be something like a copyright issue??

Oh now I see what you mean. I had a total different idea in my head. The image of each Disney character and likeness is owned by Disney. However, many items are Disney inspired by colors and style versu replicating an exact character and it's features. Disney has a legal team that scours the Internet daily for copyright violations. My sister had the first grandchild of the family yesterday, and she had a really hard pregnancy (baby wasn't gaining weight, alot of pain, etc) so it makes us all more thankful everything is okay now. We all planned a Disneyland trip when she first got pregnant. I can't wait to have a niece to go around the park with.

What's your favorite item you've bought from DLR (besides churros lol)? Mine is a glittery painting of my name and Belle with my best friend's name and her princess, since it was her first Disneyland trip. Once I frame it, I'll post that pic. :) I love all the artists in the parks.
