I have a question for all CM's out there.....what type of discount do you get on tickets? my sister just got hired and will start next week.

So I got the ok to plan our next trip to Disneyland. I've really only ever stayed at the resort hotels but this time were on a budget so......where should I stay that's cheap but nice? If that even exists.
