Oh my gosh this brought back such a sad memory! When I was at DCA last it was such a hot day and we were in front of soaring where they have that rocket that mists. Kids were having so much fun playing and I remember this one little little kid having so much fun he went to go run toward someone and he slipped and fell so hard on his head we all heard "THUMP" aww I wanted to cry for the poor lil man!
