I grew up in Long Beach and had an annual pass every year growing up. I practically lived at Disneyland :) I now live in northern California and visit when I can. I get my Disneyland fix through MW now!
Ok MouseDate! This is from the Dapper Day Facebook page- "Hey romantics, remember we've got our first ever Single Mingle meet-up happening in Disney California Adventure 4-6p at the winery on Dapper Day Sun Feb 24. All the event details are always at http://DapperDay.com/"
Haunted Mansion FUN FACT: The raven you see throughout the attraction was supposed to be the narrater. He was going to narrate the attraction as a nod to Edgar Allan Poe. You can still find the raven in 5 rooms in the mansion. The reason Disney didn't use the raven is because they decided he was too small to command attention in the bigger scenes.

I want to personally thank all the MWers in the park that are bringing us all the live shots of the filming. Being up in Northern California I still feel like I'm at the park and a part of the excitement! Thank you and keep em' coming!! ❤
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
