The grand is wonderful! But the lobby is quite cold. The cms are extremely nice and accomodating, they give you two free fast passes, custom room keys for everyone with your name on it to keep as a souvenir :), storytellers and white water snacks are delicious for meals. Early entry whenever there is one, you can get in early to DCA for WOC fastpasses and also to ride Little Mermaid (not sure if thats still in effect). Be sure to also let them know if you can upgrade to a room view! My family and I were suppose to receive a tree view, but they upgraded us to half of DCA/half of DTD.
