Bumping this info...it makes me sad when I'm working greeter at Wheel when it's closed for woc and people are disappointed when they can't ride. Please get there early so you can enjoy the ride and view.
I've worked at DCA for 9 months and I've seen this parade daily and just the other day I noticed the divers mask on the back of the Nemo float! Seems I discover something new all the time. Look closely at the bottom of the bugs life float and you'll see ants "carrying" the float!
HM is one of my absolute favorite rides and it just wouldn't be fun without reciting the lines in the elevator or screaming at the end. Everyone does it...I don't think I've ever been on where someone hasn't done it. It's just like Pirates where everyone recites what the "Jolly Roger" says before the first drop, or singing all through IASW or when thunder mountain was up saying "...wildest ride in More...
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
