Has anyone done a character meal this holiday season? My hubby and I are wondering if the characters are in their holiday outfits or not. We're trying to decide if we'll take the kids when we go in a few weeks.

Cruising MW while the kids are sleeping and getting more excited for our trip down on Sunday! It's a surprise and they have NO clue we're going. This is the first time my hubby, kids and I will see it all decorated for halloween. I can't wait!

I picked up a new blanket for my daughter while we were at Disneyland last week and just finally got around to unpacking all of our stuff and the darn ink security tag thing is still on it! We're a good 8 hours away from DL and we're not going to be back until October maybe. Do you think they can take the ink tag off for me at the Disney store at the mall? I have to go dig around for the receip More...

A few years back the same thing happened to a friend of mine. The Disney Store at the mall did not have the same sensor remover so they couldn't help. She had to go to about 5 different stores on the mall before she found one that was able to remove the tag. I had the same thing happen to me 2 years ago but luckily I was making another trip to the park within a month. I just put the jacket and receipt in a bag and took it with me to the park. My kids (5,3&1) have started their countdown until we get to Disneyland! 5 more tomorrows! I think I'm almost as excited about it as they are. I'm just dreading the car ride from nor-cal and the possible traffic because of the freeway closure.

Were driving down from nor cal too and I heard about the closure and how bad they are anticipating it to be. We ended up changing our reservations so we could miss the all the traffic. I would leave really really early and hope to bypass most of the traffic. - MrsMinnie 29.2 #4413 1:52PM
