One of the houses at 'Candy cane Lane' by my house. They had these around the whole gate! They looked hand painted. So cute.

Ya it was so cute! It's in Woodland Hills in a neighborhood off of Winnetka(in the San Fernando Valley). Every year we drive through and people go crazy on the decorations! I have seen multiple times the cast member picks it. it doesnt matter where you sit or if your not moving. they either choose someone they like or they do it randomly. there was a gal that had gone on the ride solo and was just chatting with the cast member and when we were getting on i turned to her and said i bet you will be the rebel spy. i was right and she asked me how i know. i just observed the cast members when they look in the room while everyone is boarding and i notice that they pay a lil more attention to a particular person and next thing i know that person is the rebel spy. i think it is wicked cool that the cast member gets to choose :). back to the gal. when we were about to get off the same cast member had came on to ensure everyone is getting off and to let the next group on he gestured to the gal and called her the spy and we all giggled cuz i called it :) i have seen people picked in each row so there isnt a particular row that they choose from. the cast member will normally just pick any seat. :) - SammyJo 348.7 #416 12:48AM
