My mom and dad were when they we're young. Before they were ever married. They were smoking on tom sawyers island. And im not talking cigarettes! They were kicked out and told they were bei.g watched. They ended up going to the hotel and getting on the monorail and getting back in. it has changed a lot already. It is very hard to determine now because many show buildings are outside the berm and toontown and critter country are also outside. So you can place the pin at the mathamatical center or at the balancing point, either way it is mostly symbolic.
