So stinkin excited right now!!! We will be in Disneyland next Wednesday-Saturday! It has been a year and a half since we've been there. We have planned and cancelled 5 trips due to my husbands crazy schedule and finally we have a small window to escape! Took my son to see Disney On Ice tonight and scored from row seats!!! It was amazing! I wish i had one of the awesome MW photographers because most of my pictures came out blurry or washed out. Im not very iphone camera savvy :( Anywho Princess Tiana, Cinderella and Rapunzel were the main 3 but at the end all of the princesses and their princes came out! Not sure if anyone wanted to see any pict More...
Since there has been a few proposals lately and mostly because I am curious... Where and how did your spouse propose? Did you know it was coming? My husband proposed during his deployment party at Toby Keith's Bar and Grill. I totally didn't expect it because we were at Disneyland 2 weeks before and I figured if he was going to do it, it would have been there. Instead he waited to be with my fami More...
😫😪 After seeing the posts about the peppermint ice cream, new maps, the parade and the biggest one is the new cozy cone cups! I'm wishing we would have stayed an extra day at Disneyland. BIG bummer! Wonder if I can convince my
Husband to turn the car around?!?
Well today is the day! We must head back to Arizona. Thank you so much to all of the MouseWaiters that we were lucky enough to meet/see again this trip. We had a great time riding TOT and Pirates with you. Getting to see the new DCA and especially Cars Land was so much better then I had expected! A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
