Huge fan of Disneyland and have been a passholder for 15 years. Love the new Star Tours and can't wait to go on it again. Having a blast taking our 17 month old daughter to the park. She loves it!

Amazing day today. My little girl met Mickey. She loved him. Told him where his eyes, mouth and nose were. Hugged him repeatedly and kissed his nose. Pure magic. Also caught the new parade and loved it. The little one could not stop dancing. :)

Thank you for the nice comments. Such an amazing experience seeing the park through her eyes. Her Grandma was at Disneyland on the opening day thanks to her uncle who was a friend of Walt Disney so Disneyland has been a big part of family. :) - starspeeder

Finally saw Waking Sleeping Beauty tonight. What a fantastic documentary. If you haven't had a chance to see it, you can rent it from Netflix.

It's a documentary about Disney's second golden age of animation. The period that led up to the Little Mermaid and culminated with The Lion King. Really interesting insights and stories. I am a big fan of traditional animation. I lobe Pixars movies but CG still can't capture the grace and elegance of hand drawn animation. - starspeeder
